Trusting God's Protection and Power
Life often brings
moments where we feel vulnerable—emotionally, spiritually, or even physically.
In those times, we may question whether we are truly safe. Scripture reminds us
that God is not only present but also powerful. He is able to protect, sustain,
and strengthen His people according to His will.
The truth is that the
Lord is faithful and will protect us from the evil one. This does not mean we
will never face hardship, but it does mean that nothing can happen outside of
God’s control. His protection may not always look like what we expect, but it
is always sufficient.
We struggle with this
truth because we often equate protection with comfort. When life becomes
difficult, we may assume something has gone wrong. But God’s protection is not
about removing every challenge—it is about preserving His purpose in our lives.
Understanding God’s
power and protection gives us confidence. It reminds us that we are not alone
in our battles. It reassures us that no opposition is greater than Him. This
allows us to move forward with peace, knowing that God is both our defender and
our strength.
